Raisin Oats Kheer

Ingredients:
1 tsp - Ghee
1/4 cup - Quick Oats
1 cup - Oat Milk (plain, unsweetened)
1/2 tsp - Coconut Sugar (optional)
1/8 tsp - Cardamom (ground)
1 tbsp - Raisins (chopped)
Directions:
Heat the ghee in a small pot over low-medium heat. Add the oats and sauté for two minutes.
Add the milk, coconut sugar (optional), cardamom, and raisins. Bring to a simmer and cook for three to four minutes, stirring occasionally, or until your desired thickness is reached.
Serve warm or chilled.
